Regular Registration: April 1 - May 15
Late Registration Begins: May 16
Late Registration closes on the Sunday 2 weeks prior.
Last Minute Registration starts 2-weeks before the first day of the Sympoium (Monday)

To Register (during the registration window), please click on the Login link and select the "Add/View Registration" radio button. Please read the instructions carefully before clicking on the appropriate registration link.

Check-in

Check-in is held on Sunday. If you are staying in the dorm, you can check in at Bousfield Hall starting at Noon. If you are staying in a hotel, you can check-in at 167 Noyes Laboratory between 4-6 PM.

Fees

Registration Fees for 2025 will be as follows:

Refunds

Registration Fee: Can be fully refunded 7 days prior to the start of the meeting

Dorm Fees: Can be fully refunded before Noon on the date of the dorm night (i.e. You can cancel a Monday night stay by Noon on Monday. More notice is appreciated if possible.)

Charter Bus Fee: Can be fully refunded 7 days prior to the start of the meeting.

Picnic

The cost of the picnic is included in your registration (at below cost to students), so that all may attend the event. Several contributions from exhibitors help make this possible. The picnic will be the Tuesday of the Symposium on the grounds of Ikenberry Commons, in the lawn just below the circular building in the image above (in case of inclement weather, the picnic will take place inside the Commons).

Bousfield Hall Dorm is in the lower left corner of the Ikenberry Complex shown above.

The Coblentz Society will host their traditional beer blast for the first hour of the picnic at Ikenberry Commens with the Symposium picking up the beer tab thereafter.
