The opening and closing dates for submitting abstracts,
registering for the Symposium, and uploading powerpoint presentations
will remain similar to those from previous years.
Openings and Deadlines
Abstract Submission Open: February 1st
Abstract Submission Close: March 1st
Reduced Registration: March 1 - May 1
Full-Price Registration Begins: May 2
Video Presentation Upload Open: 6/5/2022
Video Presentation Upload DEADLINE: 6/12/2022
Attendee Portal Opens: 6/19/2022
Videos Available for Viewing: 6/20/2022
PowerPoint/PDF Slides Upload DEADLINE: 11:59pm CDT, the day before your talk (whether you are virtual or in-person)
NOTE: You must upload a video recording of your talk, even if you are coming in person!
